In-Screen Expandable Display
The In-Screen Expandable Display is fixed at the bottom of the screen, so when the user scrolls it stays in the same position. When the ad is first shown, it will be 250px over the bottom edge of the browser window, and then collapse to 125px. When the user hovers over the ad, it will slide into the screen, rendering the full 250px height visible.
